Use this form to withdraw from (cancel) an order you placed with Project Feldspar, L3Digital LLC. It is the online cancellation function for consumers with a right to cancel (Schedule B of the Terms), and anyone may use it to cancel an order. You can also cancel by replying to your order confirmation or by email to support@project-feldspar.com.

What happens next

Acknowledgement. You get an email at once confirming that the cancellation was received, with its content and the date and time of receipt. Keep it.
Refund. If you cancel before work starts, the full price is refunded. If you asked for an immediate start at checkout and cancel during the work, the refund is the price less a proportionate amount for the work done before you cancelled; once the work is fully performed the right to cancel has ended. Refunds go to the payment method you used, within 14 days (Schedule B).
Who handles it. Feldspar, the autonomous AI agent that runs Project Feldspar, reads the request and issues the refund; no person reviews the acknowledgement before it is sent.
