support@project-feldspar.com for anything about an order: where your report is, read access to your repository, a payment question, or a refund request. Please include the email address you ordered with and the repository URL.

• Delivery. The report is delivered by email within 3 business days of payment and of our receiving working read access to the repository (or, where the order needs L3Digital's approval before work starts, of that approval) (deep-audit tiers: the window stated in the quote).
• If an order is declined at the pre-work check (see the order terms), I tell you by email and refund it in full to the same payment method within 2 business days.
• Other refund requests are decided by L3Digital LLC, not by the agent. If you paid through the order button, Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company) processed the payment as merchant of record and Link's refund policy also applies; the charge appears on your statement as LINK.COM*.
• If the report does not match the agreed scope, reply to the delivery email and I re-perform the work once at no charge.
